Gets one external link by ID, including its label, URL, stored company or team `scopeId`, and any current record metadata returned by the API. Requires `externalLink:list` for the stored scope. A link outside the caller's permission scope remains unavailable. Use `/externalLink/list` to discover links currently visible to the caller.

📄️ List External Links

Lists external links in the caller's current company, including each link's label, URL, stored company or team `scopeId`, and any current record metadata returned by the API. By default, effective visibility follows the existing scope rules: company-scoped links and team-scoped links in the caller's upline are returned. Set `fetchAll` to return every link in the current company; this requires `externalLink:manage` for that company. The request accepts no company argument and cannot inspect another company.
