Screenshot Webhook

Webhook

Notifies your company when a user reports taking a screenshot. Configure a webhook in Integrations → Webhooks with entity Screenshot and Add enabled. Managing webhooks requires webhook:manage permission. Update and Remove do not trigger this webhook. The payload identifies the user and company, with sessionId and device included when available. No screenshot image is included. createdAt and updatedAt contain the same notification timestamp. Delivery can occur more than once; use data.id to deduplicate notifications.

The requestBody contains the webhook payload.

Delivery behavior:

  • Timeout: 10 seconds — your endpoint must respond within 10 seconds or the delivery is marked as failed.
  • Retry: Failed deliveries are retried up to 2 times (3 total attempts), with a backoff of approximately 5 seconds before the second attempt and 10 seconds before the third.
  • Success: Your endpoint must return a 2xx status code. Non-2xx responses and redirects count as failed attempts.
  • Failure notifications: If configured, failure recipients receive an email alert on delivery errors.
  • History: Each delivery's final result (success or failure) is retained for 30 days.
